At mylinkplease, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like your data deleted from mylinkplease, you can request deletion using one of the following methods:

Option 1 — Disconnect Your Account

You may delete your connected Meta account data by:

1. Logging into your mylinkplease account
2. Navigating to your account settings
3. Disconnecting your Instagram or Facebook integration
4. Deleting your workspace/account

This will remove associated workflow data and connected platform information from our systems.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

You can also request deletion manually by contacting us at:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your Instagram or Facebook account name
• A brief request for data deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• Connected Instagram/Facebook account data
• Synced posts and comments
• Workflow rules
• DM workflow history
• Analytics related to your account
• Stored profile information

Some information may be retained temporarily if required for:

• Legal compliance
• Security purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Enforcement of agreements

Deletion Timeframe

Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

Meta Platform Data

If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account through Meta OAuth, you may also remove mylinkplease access directly from your Meta settings:

• Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
• Instagram Connected Experiences

Removing access through Meta will stop future data syncing.
